From Portland and Points South:

I-95 North to Augusta exit 113 following signs to Belfast and Rt. 3

Follow Rt. 3 East to Belfast

In Belfast, take left onto Rt.1 North

On Rt. 1 North go approximately 14 miles

At the Rt. 1 and Rt. 1A intersection and stay on Rt. 1 North toward Bucksport

(Do Not go North on Rt.1A to Bangor)

Go approximately 2.2 miles

Turn right onto Steamboat Wharf Road (across from the Rocky Ridge Motel)

Take the first and only right onto Hersey Retreat Road

The Retreat at French’s Point is located approximately .5 miles at the end of the road

From Bangor and Points North:

Rt. 1A South 19 miles

In Stockton Springs, follow the signs for Rt. 1 North toward Ellsworth and Bucksport

To do so you will veer to the right at the bottom of the hill up the off ramp

At the stop sign take a left on the overpass

Take the next left down the on ramp

Go North on Rt. 1

Go approximately 2.2 miles

Turn right onto Steamboat Wharf Road (across from the Rocky Ridge Motel)

Take the first and only right onto Hersey Retreat Road

The Retreat at French’s Point is located approximately .5 miles at the end of the road
